Why were you banned or warned?

The initial ban was supposed to be for breaking NLR 3 times. RP username "Seff" had called a sit and "milkman580" had accepted it. What happened was that I had tried to raid Seff and failed and ended up being killed. Then after that I was just mooching around beach and I had gone back to Seff's base as a citizen unarmed and had asked him if I would be able to "come inside his base and just chill for a bit" . He killed me after I had asked that (use screenshot 1 for reference https://gyazo.com/2300c02758af6a460a332ea806bc9e58). Then something else happened that I honestly didn't remember at the time and still don't. As I was in the sit with Seff and Milkman, they kept saying that I broke NLR 3 times but I honestly had only remembered that raid, not the events afterwards. I was adamant that I never broke NLR as I honestly didn't remember the events that happened after the raid until the sit had finished. I was discussing the ban with Milkman in the discord server and then only had I remembered the second event afterwards (use screenshot 2 for reference https://gyazo.com/6de2babadd48107b076554f26d7d0982) . I still dont remember the last event that was reported for NLR. I received a 1 day ban for breaking NLR and an extended 1 week for "lying to a member of staff"

I mainly care about the extended 1 week for "lying to him" when it was honestly a misunderstanding. Please reread once as a lot of mods have read it and half of its just flown over their heads, not to insult any of the mods that have read it. Just wanted to make that clear.

Why should you be unwarned/unbanned?

I believe that the extended ban was a misunderstanding and very unfair as I had honestly not remembered the events that happened after the raid until the sit had finished and I had received the extended time
Even if it was a misunderstanding, everyone makes mistakes but I also believe that the 1 day ban for breaking NLR was petty and very unfair as I was a citizen with no raiding tools and weapons after the raid and I had only gone there to talk to him. I know that it was breaking NLR and I understand that but I do believe that it was very petty and unfair as I had only gone there to talk face to face to him, not just in OOC or PM. Hope a more understanding moderator is able to take this ban appeal.

Who warned/banned you?

milkman580

I’ll wait for milkman to post his proof. Emote I make my vote however I have personally had a similar issue with you a few days ago where you attempted to raid my base then came back 2 more times to try raid again before the 20 timer was up, I didn’t do anything about it at the time because I was busy with other things and you didn’t make it far into my base but from my experience you have a habit of doing this.

As far as i'm aware NLR is NLR, if you choose to go back to a base after a failed raid before the raid cooldown is over regardless if you switch classes, leave the server and come back, or anything of the sort you are still breaking NLR. I would like to see what the banning staff has to say about this and possibly see the logs before I +1 or -1 this appeal.

@F___I don't remember that but I'll go off what you say. I didn't try to raid him 2 more times, I had only gone there to talk to him face to face. I was a citizen, unarmed and no raiding tools. I had no intentions other than talking to him after the raid.

@BearPawsyeah in my post I said that I understand that I broke NLR but still, don't you think that's kind of petty getting banned for a week because i returned to a base a couple of times with no other intentions than talking to someone?

@BearPawshe gave me a 1 day ban for the NLR and an extended 1 week for "lying to him" not because of the NLR, when I had honestly not remembered the events that happened afterwards until after I had received the ban and extended ban

as a person who bases with you I have told you about NLR and am very strict  when it comes to the rules and have spoke with milkman and believe his ban will give u a few days to look at rules and go over them. other then that I'm staying neutral

I just wanted to add and make all mods known that i have spoke to you Dnchops about NLR  and you are not uneducated to the rules around NLR.

@Great Grandpaif u actually read my fucking ban appeal you'll know that there was no need for that when i never denied the 3x nlr in the ban appeal. it was just a misunderstanding.I told u to reread it

Despite what you may or may not remember I always like to see the banning staff member give their logs, I will ask that you remain reasonable and respectful on the forums as well, swearing at staff and getting heated like that over a staff member posting the logs that were requested is not a good look on your ban appeal. I will have to say, you have a previous warning this week for NLR and you still chose to do something like this. Perhaps a week ban is what you need so that it's clear that you are not exempt from NLR rules regardless of your intentions, if you wanted to talk with this player after the raid use OOC or preferably PM's. I am a -1 for unban but for +1 lowering it to 3 days

Mass NLR: Intentional NLR or NLR involving a raid is more serious and can result in either a warn or ban. Use your best judgement on this, mass anything can result in a 7 day ban.
