More Lockpicks for More Jobs that should use them but somehow don't have them.

i've noticed on the titsrp job menu there are A LOT of jobs that do raid like hitman or assassin or whatever it may be. 

and i think i can say that these jobs should get a lockpick and the keypad cracker so that they don't have to go to the marketplace hoping to find lockpicks

and most of the time there aren't lockpicks there. or sometimes a BM dealer will have it there but it's like $10,000 overpriced.
