Why should you be unwarned/unbanned?

This is a false warning for a few reasons.
One: Attempting to kidnap someone (swinging bludgeon near someone with intent to knock out, even if no damage is dealt) means you are KOS, and can be enforced by ANYONE nearby.
Two: The burden of proof is on the accuser. Father Banana claimed to have video evidence of the 'rdm' but refused to give it out. I was warned for the killing even though my kill was valid (attempt kidnap is means anyone can kill you)
Three: Father Banana claimed to have seen me massRDM. This is because he saw me kill a few cops after I killed him, but those kills were also for valid reasons. (swinging arrest baton at me, autowanting me, self defense)
Four (recently discovered as of writing this): I found a damage log of Father Banana hitting Mr. Bones with his bludgeon, only TWO SECONDS PRIOR to me killing him.
In conclusion, my theory is that Father Banana got angry that I killed him for attempted kidnapping, lied in the sit, and used his aggressive demeanor to drown out the fact that I was pasting the rule directly from the MOTD, and using unproven and false accusations to his advantage. He claims to have had footage of the kill, but if that were true there would have been no sit at all. The logs clearly show he was holding the bludgeon and hitting a potential victim, yet I was still warned for RDM.
This could've been an accident, an oversight, or whatever, but the fact is I was falsely warned and it should be removed.
