Do you have evidence related to this incident?: No Firstly i would like to say i don't expect much of this situation because i do not have any video evidence of anything and or proof. I am mainly concerned on how easy it is for someone to get vote banned falsely. Now i have a ban on my record for things i did NOT do. It seems very easy to just vote ban someone you don't like and have all your friends ask to click yes. The situation that led to the vote kick and later vote ban for 1 hr. I approached his base, began raiding. Killed him, he comes back and i kill him again. Finally i get through his base, he decides to DELETE IT AND RESPAWN IT. From there i kill him for the third time. Then a friend of his kills me, i get vote kicked shortly after. apon rejoining i decide to give it another try because i felt that was extremely unfair, them breaking nlr, and fail basing. He then continues to break nlr so i decide maybe i should vote kick him for breaking rules. IT fails... Lastly he retaliates by vote banning me and spams chat for everyone to hit yes... Its insane how someone can break the rules this much while admins are offline, then just vote ban you to get rid of you completely. fartass Posted August 16, 2022 Author Share Posted August 16, 2022 (edited) Judging by the other reports i don't think i really have anything to go off here.. just consider the fact that i was kicked for the same thing they vote banned me for less than at least 5 minutes later.. Not to mention they sprinkled in " false vote "..... i just don't see how i committed mass rdm as well as mass nlr. Anyone i had killed was basing with the same person, or shot at me during the raid... I have no ban history or even kicks... This is very frustrating. this is sort of a grey area because anyone can vote ban you if they dont like you and everyone will vote yes because they think its funny. You came to my store, as a joke you raided, i made a comment about how you "didn't want this smoke" in a raid, You placed a c4 in my open doorway, then we shot it in to the street which resulted in your death. You then came back and broke nlr at least 4-5 times. Continuing to raid. If someone on my team or in my base broke nlr that is between them and the admin, doesn't give you the right to come back, drop 4 more c4 minutes after your first raid and violate nlr multiple times. You didn't actively kill me but after your 3 failed attempts to raid. Witnesses are available and I can clip the video accordingly. After you used c4 on your 4th live and 4th nlr violation i DID indeed remove my base considering you were minging my base and store and without an admin on that's the least that i can do to protect what's inside my store. I never once incited in chat for them to " spam yes" someone else seen the vote to remove you, the server greifer at the moment, and they felt that you also didn't need to be on the server anymore. TLDR: Noglring raided, lost, came back, lost again, returned and continued to die and violate nlr till he actually killed me. then claims that i break nlr after he did it literally by the book 4 times before he got me dead. From what i saw i thought it was agrobot. Yes, i did break NLR the second time due to a unfair raid, Situations like this have happened to me and the admins have always gave me the go ahead to go back and raid under their eye. I am most worried about getting kicked then banned right after because of retaliation when you broke the rules as well... Honestly like i said i dont expect much of the situation i just felt it was unfair to get vote kicked for something you were doing yourself, then the vote banned for it shortly after in retaliation for vote kicking you. Regardless of the situation you got upset, vote banned me and spammed the chat to press 1. Lastly i came back because of the countless times you and your friends broke nlr. I hope you got you despawning and respawning your base mid raid as well. ALSO as you can clearly see this vote was in retaliation from him and his buddies. I am clearly outnumbered here so majority vote won. I have no ban and kick history. I come on here to have fun, like i said, after the countless times you broke nlr i came back after being kicked.... dosent discredit the false ban and false kick. I swear after this im going to start clipping shit because this really topped it off for me... Cant enjoy the game while someone is breaking the rules then vote banning and vote kicking me because they are mad i was winning the raid. i mean is this not clear to see what really happened here?!
