For killing player "TSYulii".

Why should you be unwarned/unbanned?

Story:
Me and player "TSYulii" were both playing as the hobo job and looking around for dumpsters (grinding for hobo pet). At one point, I had beat him to a dumpster in the sewer region of the map. At this point while in the dumpster, player "TSYulii" proceeded to punch me 5 times putting my health down to 85% and removing most of my armor. So, I begin to chase player "TSYulii" but he gets away because he is using a jetpack and is faster then me. Roughly one minute goes by and he walks up to me again. At this point, I shoot and end up killing him. "TSYulii" calls a sit and staff member "GoatNuts" claims it and teleports us both. While in the sit staff member "GoatNuts" asks why I "Rdm'd TSYulii?". I respond and say that player "TSYulii" in fact damaged (possibly trying to rdm me) just a minute prior. Staff member "GoatNuts" then does something which should be removable from staff, "GoatNuts" lies directly to my face firstly saying that the damage logs show I shot him first. Then I that what he just said clearly isnt true, staff member "GoatNuts" then says that player "TSYulii" never hit/damaged me at ALL. After hearing this and being in disbelief, I type "!dlogs" in chat to check for my self. When I look at the damage logs myself, it clearly shows player "TSYulii" damaging me 5 times. After seeing this for myself, I begin to believe that player "TSYulii" and staff member "GoatNuts" are friends and are just being funny/pranking me. Shortly after, staff member "GoatNuts" actually warns me for "RDMx1". The five minutes after receiving the warn, me (zab), "TSYulii" and "GoatNuts" start talking in chat. During this I bring up that I had checked the damage logs and that the evidence of him damaging me is clear as day. To this, player "TSYulii" continues to say that he never damaged me and staff member "GoatNuts" continues to say that there is nothing in the damage logs.

Conclusion:
I believe that "TSYulii" and "GoatNuts" might possibly have some sort of relationship between them which caused them both to blatantly lie and warn me. I find it crazy that staff members like "GoatNuts" get a double standard on the server allowing them to do things like lie in sits which would otherly be a ban/warn for a player like me. At the end of the day, even if what I did was in fact "RDM", I think that there should still be some sort of disciplinary action against player "TSYulii" (lying in sit) and staff member "GoatNuts" (lying in sit/abuse of power).

Alright, i admit that i did not think about the whole picture properly, i really thought that 1 minute difference between TSYulii punching you and you killing them were 2 whole different situations! you could've just told me that tsy fled with the jetpack right after punching you in the beggining )):
