Spawnable Drug Buyer NPCs pricing is bugged

Description:

I've been experiencing it for a while now so I just run up to the surface to sell to a stationary NPC but figured to report.

Basically as the price changes on the NPC. It doesn't affect the Placeable NPCs right away as far as I know.

How to reproduce:

Place the NPC before it changes. Sell one processed drug and boom you shouldn't get the right amount of money but rare circumstances you might. Also not sure if this is different with Physgun v.s. Gravgun. I sold with Grav

Sold 1 Cocaine and even it being 10 minutes past. It didn't fix.
Also a party member lost 3m from his sale of what it would've been. So it isn't just me experiencing it
