"Very Toxic Personality/Inappropriate comments towards a minor" Why should you be unwarned/unbanned? I will accept the ban for toxicity as I was. I am not questioning that. However "inappropriate comments towards a minor" is untrue and an attack on my character Who warned/banned you? wut How long were you warned or banned for? 7 days - to be extended to a perma My goal with this appeal is to get the "Inappropriate comments towards a minor" reason removed from my ban. This started when me and b3nz were joking around and bantering. I thought she could take a joke, I thought she was pretty chill so I asked for her discord. The screenshot attached here is the conversation we had here. Nothing at all insinuates any sort of inappropriate comments towards a minor. I was trying to be friendly. B3nz did not want a conversation clearly and after time I eventually gave up. Furthermore she seems to be hiding behind the idea that me saying she was a minor was true. It is not true and she has said publicly multiple times she's 18. Regardless of age or what she said there needs to be intent. Meriam Webster describes intent as follows: the thing that you plan to do or achieve : an aim or purpose. There was no volition, purpose, or intent in any of the words I had said. There was not a single sexual comment made towards b3nz in my entire time on TitsRP. There was no indication that any advances were made whatsoever. No intent. Assuming she is under the age of 18 this ban reason does not hold water, because I am positive that anyone can see that there were no sexual comments made and no insinuating advances. Onto the more delicate matter of the appeal. Assuming she was above the age of 18 my comment behind her back that she was a "16 year old closet slut" does not hold water either and it is about as believable as me saying that she could be a sex trafficking victim. The comments I made had originally been in good fun and never meant to hurt, offend or otherwise damage b3nz and I feel this had been completely blown out of proportion as there had been absolutely 0 indication that this would ever be something that she felt was not okay after previous comments. The banning party seems to believe that because I said she was 16 that she is 16. This is untrue if we're to take b3nz's word as credible for her own age which I 100% believe that she's able to discern she is not 16 but 18. A legal age. A legal age where no comments that were inappropriate to an adult in a sexually repulsive manner were ever made. Guest Posted December 9, 2021 Share Posted December 9, 2021 multiple people already have spoken up about u and are gonna continue to do so under this thread, i provided evidence where in the span of 3 days you continued to message me and pm me in game on why i wasnt replying to you, you also have said things to Brisky and I saying to "sit on you." u wanting to clear ur name is cool and all but if u have a kid on the way then dont put a 16 year old in the same sentence as a closet slut. only twisted individuals say that outloud. lmao. you also knew i wasn't going to be okay with ur comments so u proceeded to say this last night when i was offline, but unlucky you i received screenshots of what u said and we can post them right here rn! She had replied that it did not and she was laughing the entire time. I had made many otherwise publicly inappropriate comments to Bri and she had, at the time, been okay with them. If she had not I am not sure why I wasn't informed of it. I did not however tell you to sit on my face.
