This staff member is telling me that hitting someone for 5 dmg is not ARDM in which it is ardm as he did 5 dmg the staff member returns me early and does nothing to the accused as he should be given a verbal or warn but nothing was done to him as if doing 5 dmg does not count as ardm simply because in his words "it was the Slap swep its used to troll" none the less it did damage to me and i wasnt very appreciative of the staff member disregarding my sit simply because it wasnt enough damage

Hi CaptainT here, so I did drop your sit because for me I am all about educating players over dishing out punishments.  I do believe that Navy was only hitting you with a swep to troll around and have some fun, which is the main reason why I decided to drop the sit.  He only did 5 damage and while it is in a way ARDM his intention wasn't to kill you, but just to troll a little bit.  I did tell you if he did it again to let me know and I would give him a verbal/ warn for being a minge/ARDM . I'm sorry you didn't get the punishment you wanted but at the end of the day the Staff member who takes the sit decides the punishment.  On this server we are taught to educate over punish people and that's why I made the decision I made regarding your sit.  As far as it goes for me my opinion on the situation remains unchanged. I will leave it to my fellow mods and higher ups to comment on the situation.
