INV bug with disappearing items

Description:

There is a bug where if the trade fails and you drop or equip an item in the inv it will disappear and you will have to be forced to reconnect to get items back

How to reproduce:

not much on this except a rare bug that can appear 1st start a trade and some how end the trade on both parties and a glitch will appear where you are still in the trading but simply not
