Around two minutes later I switched to be a cop and I went into the PD because I was a cop and I was shot again. Then I got dragged to a staff sit for NLR. I was deemed innocent and put back. Around five minutes later I went into the PD as my CC to get some health. Got shot again and then around one minute later I was walking down the street and this cop started shooing at me when I was not in the PD. I then threw a grenade and killed the cop. Got dragged to the sit and I tried to explain what happened and the staff member Cobaselic would not let me talk and was talking over me accusing me of NLR and so then I started to just talk and Cobaselic gagged me saying I was "lying" and being "toxic" so then Cobaselic checked logs and saw I killed that cop and he said I broke NLR even know I was never in the PD. Then I asked if he could ungag me so I could finish explaining and he said "no" and said "You are getting banned have fun for the next couple of days" or something like that and he banned me. I feel I was not treated right and this whole situation was a misunderstanding and the next time Cobaselic has a situation like this he should handle it a bit different. Who warned/banned you and for how long?: Cobaselic McStubbins & for two days Evidence: I did not have my screen capture going at the time so I currently don't have any video evidence. Shiv Posted March 1, 2020 Author Share Posted March 1, 2020 Two of those times were dealt with in a sit and I was proven innocent because the second time I was a cop and the PD was were I was suppose to be and the third time my NLR was over and I went to go get health the third time and got killed. The last time I by the PD and never went in and got shot at so I threw a grenade into the PD because he shot me when I was outside of the PD. If you would check to see if I was in the NLR zone you would see I wasn't. Next time you ban someone please double check and let both party's explain. You would not let me explain so I tried to talk over you like you were doing to me and you gagged me. I also asked nicely when you were done talking if I could explain myself and you did not let me. Also I never walked into the PD I was in the street the whole time and it's not revenge RDM if they start shooting at you for no reason and logs will not show that you should know that you're a staff member. Also you're saying that I am lying when you are the only one lying. The second I met you where extremely disrespectful and did not wan't to listen to me. I don't know why you have to be the way you are but to be a successful staff member you should respect all the players on the server no matter what. Also I am not trying to tell you how to do your job I am saying what I would do. I have lot's of former staff experience of many different servers so I would say I know what I am talking about. This is my first time being banned on this server. Also I have not been lying because I never broke NLR nor did I RDM Koda because he tried to kill me when I was walking in the street I never went into the PD I just threw a grenade into the PD and walked away. Like I said logs will not show if someone shoots at you it will only show if you damage someone which he did not do. He had the intent to RDM me when shooting half a clip at me. I have no need to lie I could care less about having to wait two days. What I care about is a unjustified ban on my record. Before this I have never been banned and I have not been known as a minge or someone that does not want to roleplay because I sure do. Just please next time you take a sit and are about to ban someone look into it further.
