Why should you be unwarned/unbanned? :

I was never asked in OOC Chat why the person was killed. It could have been handled outside of a Sit. I think Jakey handled it too swiftly. Jakey literally checked logs and banned me. I was able to talk to him (While he listened) one time. I believe that the guy was killed because he ran into my C4 on Purpose. Multiple other people were in the area too. None of them had a problem with it. (I'm not trying to justify it, i'm just pointing it out.) and Jakey twisted my words in the Ban Reason. He said that I said "Oh I can do it as long as nobody has a problem with it," which wasn't what I said. I said "Nobody else had a problem with it, and if they did I would have paid them back." I accidentally killed him during the sit. (Which I take full responsibility for and it was an Accident) I was Jailed and through a Pumped Up Kicks C4, I thought he would have been far enough to not get hit but he wasn't. My fault, I apologized.
