    Every single action in the R menu of the Keys is default from Garry's Mod (and I believe Source as a whole). Making new animations would take a heck of a lot of work, and I don't think Sugar has the time to set up Mocap to make some new animations you can dodge bullets to.

    So I got onto the server and I became cp went into the jail cells. There was an anime girl in there.  Pd laws were that pd is kos, and default rule is obviously past 2nd door in pd is aos. I arrested the anime girl and a officer unarrests the anime girl. I call a sit claiming it was an unfair arrest and a staff member claims that they cant deduct that they were past 2nd door in pd. I give him the deductive info to prove it and he completely ignores me. Saying well bud i cant do anything unless you have evidence. So I tell him just to bring the guy and he does and the guy admits he was past 2nd door. So he asks why and he says the mayor said not to arrest that person or kill him. I said it says in the motd it states not to make a law to make someone above the law. He says because it wasnt a law its ok. ( this is a story i dont wanna make a report but the staff member could use some training.) 

     

    So basically what im trying to say is confirm it is against the rues or make it against the rules. It overides the rule of past 2nd door in pd is aos.

    Yup. You can't make a single person exempt from laws, but you can allow certain people into the PD as Mayor at your own request. It's better to ask for a CP to escort them, or just not let people inside at all.

    Lock the doors they dont have lockpicks bruh. and if he in your office make a law pd is kos and kill him. simple or arrest him, also im pretty sure the way they declare the next mayor demoted is by the mayor election npc not the mayor office screen.

     

    You can buy lockpicks for what amounts to pocket change here, and the issue was that these hackers demoted mayors the very second they were elected into office. And yes, you can demote through the office screen, not just through the Election NPC.

     

    He cant even shoot the mayor unless hes raiding, what youve just described is already against the rules

     

    Unless the mayor shoots him first? Which was usually the case.

    just run into the office and arrest him, the default law is that past the second doors are AOS and it's kinda funny, also if people run for mayor frequently enough you will eventually get a mayor in before he has enough hack power to demote

     

    Issue some people have is that they'll camp in the side rooms in the Mayor's Office when there's very few PD on and only come out to demote mayor, and the hacker at the time was an individual with a lot of weapons/armor, so killing him, especially as a new(er) player just trying to be mayor is hard.

    Earlier, an individual was playing as hacker and camping in the Mayor's Office and spam demoting every single mayor that got elected. Nothing in the rules states this is against the rules, and the only thing that can be done is to arrest the hacker. The amount of Hack Points required to demote the Mayor is 4, which is REALLY low and should be changed to something higher to prevent this, as well as making it against the rules to camp inside of the PD with the sole purpose of demoting mayors en mass. About 7 Mayors were demoted by this one hacker, and one of them got exceptionally mad and RRDM'd the guy doing it.

    TL;DR -

    Make demote mayor hack points increased from 4 to something like 7-8

    Make against rules for hackers to camp mayors office and spam demote mayor.

    I do believe that the scam limit should be dropped from 1mil to 500k. New players grind all day to get VIP, just to have someone say "I'll sell you a VIP token for 950k" and then bam, drop the money not knowing better and the seller leaves the server. Then they gotta grind all over again. If the limit is 500k, at least they'll still have a good chunk of their money left.

     

    I fully agree that it should remain but be dropped quite a bit. 500k maximum, around 250k minimum.

    Description: Officers can't make me pay my bounty

     

    How to reproduce: Cuff me and try to make me pay my bounty, which was about 11k at the time of this.

     

    Priority: Low

     

    I asked a user to cuff me, and when he made me pay a fine we couldn't check because it reset my bounty somehow. Earlier, Slick and another staff member had cuffed me multiple times to try and get me to pay it but they couldn't, so Slick reset my bounty initially.
