Im not saying the ban wasnt just but making seem like a bigger deal then it really is by saying "33 ardms", im just saying thats not 33 ardms 14 or 15 at the most which is still alot, but like i said, i could see how he thought this would be okay.

We know slappers are meant for slapping people. Not for going up to random people who don't want to be smacked and ending up damaging them or killing them to fall damage if they're high enough ¯\_(ツ)_/¯
im sure most of you know this, but he is the one who compared them to guns, and i could see why Captain Corn thought this was okay, bc not only do many other players do this but staff do it aswell

you're right, it's 33. every time he smacked someone for no reason, it was ARDM. SO look at every time he hits someone with the Suit Case for 5, and you come up with 33 cases of ARDM.
thats like saying i walk up to you and shoot you 10 times to rdm you, is that 10 rdms? You can clearly see in the time stamps that its not "33 rdms"

Guns are for shooting people, yet it is still ARDM to shoot at people without valid RP reason. Same applies to the briefcase and other slapper reskins, not everyone wants to be launched randomly and then take fall damage too. Doesn't matter if it's your fists, the brick, any other weapon if you attack people randomly it's against the rules. We tend not to punish for stuff when people don't complain about it, but you can still be held accountable for your behaviour even if others don't report it themselves if it's detrimental to the general playerbase. If you're punchspamming for example, and then one person reports it but you've still punched half the server randomly you'll be punished fully for it due to the severity of it. Every situation is different and has a different outcome.
guns serve many purposes, defending your base, raids, protecting yourself, killing criminals, while the slappers serve one purpose, and thats to slap ppl.

I agree, they did RDM you, but for the harassment i just dont see it, him shit talking you in OOC and placing ONE hit on you isn't harassment. You could have just ignored the shit talking but instead you kept engaging him. You cant just accuse people with no proof, you can see logs with /dlogs. I also agree that Joker and Theif are extremely toxic, and clearly haven't taken some time to read over the MOTD, Sloth not so much, he actually tries to follow the rules and really isn't that toxic.(even though he did RDM you)

Where are the damage logs, because the console shows joker killing you 4 times, I'm sure the first time was for you killing his party member. I don't see how you are being harassed here, you even said "I'm just enabling him at this point, it's funny to fuck with toxic morons like him", so how could you think its funny but feel like you're being harassed, also the console only shows Joker killing you one time after the incident in the sewers because a hit was placed on you. "Afterwards, they target me using hits"

Why are you reporting said player? RRDM x2 After I killed him for Attempted Kidnap, he returns to RRDM but fails, then says in OOC "i suck at revenge rdm"(screenshot below). I was originally going to just let it slide, but has I'm standing a fountain a few moments later, he decides to RRDM yet again. Would have liked to handle this ingame, but there was only one staff on at the time and i believe he was AFK.

Why are you reporting said player? Mass rdm. A sit was made but it was very apparent that a few staff members are playing favorites ( note screenshot below) Why snapple apple treated it as a meme is beyond me but regardless the sit was never claimed so here we are. There were 3 staff on at the time, with 2 confirmed to be active and not afk. Vexxy and Snapple were active, not positive about the 3rd staff member (rubik). This behavior is expected from a lot on titsrp, but not a prior staff member. There was no Rp value with this action. No PD raid was called (screenshot below)
