So basically me getting banned because I killed someone as a serial killer won't affect it?

Alright so I was wondering how many bans would be too much to even have a chance to apply for staff, I currently have 7 (Although one is invalid because it literally says NLRx19(voteban)). But other warns are probably for MRDM but from 1 -3 years ago.
