How can i refund my A2 CC model that isnt on the store?

Oh. well idk who made it so shit -
So i refunded my models that arent on the store anymore and got about 1 mil back, but my most expensive one (A2) isnt on there anymore, or in the model pool and its not on the refund menu. How do i get my 10 mil back?
