once an item falls through the floor or into a wall, there is no way for any staff to retrieve it. The only way for this to be restored is if one of the superadmins gives it back to you which isn't guaranteed

That was not your real suga amount, unfortunately. Suga has a bug where it doubles because of the database fucking up for some reason, it might do even more than double, not sure. But once you rejoin it resets your suga.
