The Serial Killer's slowness from being spotted is overall very buggy and some testing would be nice. Sometimes when kidnapping a victim and they suddenly disappear or if you sacrifice them to satan(not sure about this one, but 100% sure that if the satan's sacrifice is destroyed this bug happens) the Serial Killer will continue to gain slowness from being spotted. This slowness will not disappear until the Serial Killer either dies, or kidnaps another player and successfully murders them.How to reproduce:
Kidnap a victim, have the victim sacrificed to satan, but destroy the ritual thing before it succeeds. This will yield the highest success rate with the bug. There are many other ways, but this is the only one I know that is for certain. -

Kidnapping somebody with the Tranq M9 will have the same effects as kidnapping with the SK Bludgeon except you will not be able to get spotted by other players. Killing the player will double the Serial Killer's rewards and will give him cash and items. I also believe this bypasses the long cooldown on kidnapping the same person, although I'm not sure about that one.How to reproduce:
Play Serial Killer, kidnap somebody with the Tranq M9, and then kill them as usual. -

There is clearly something wrong with the ban system, as pretty much every logged ban ends on the 5th of July through the 7th of July. (With the exception of bans longer and shorty than 5-7 days.)
Yesterday, ALLNIGHTMUGGY was banned by Keith for "MassRDM | NITRP | FailRP (Extend to 7D)" but apparently, he was unbanned on the 7th of July.
Maths was rebanned yesterday for "Reban for MRDM/Playing when supposed to be banned." for 7 days, and he can join the server today. The website says he was unbanned on the 7th of July.
