Guide on how to mics-spam in Garry's Mod
(For Windows 10)

hecko, all users! This following guide will go into detail on how to mic-spam in gmod. (Will make video tutorial for all you retards out there :D)
First what you need is two external programs
How to install the two programs needed
1. Virtual Audio Cable
The first program you will need is Virtual Audio Cable To get Virtual Audio cable to work you have to well, download it and click on the .exe file. It will show a prompt saying something along the lines of; "Install drivers". This will install Virtual Audio Cables' drivers. Just like how your microphone (if you have one) right now has audio drivers. Once installed Restart restart your computer. YOU MUST do this for it to work.
After it has restarted to test if it installed properly, go to your hot-bar search bar and type, "Control panel" From there do the following. Control Panel->Hardware and Sound->Sound->Recording. Once at the recording tab in your sound settings right click inside the recording box and select, "Show Disabled Devices". Once there scroll down until you see VB-Audio Virtual Cable. It should say its disabled Don't do anything for now. DO NOT close the sound settings tab (so you dont have to go to it again)
2. Foobar2000
The second program you need is, "Foobar2000". Once on the website go ahead and click on Latest Stable Version (currently its v1.5.2) to download .exe file. Once clicking on the installer a License Agreement will be show Read through all of it if you wish to do so DO ONLY STANDARD INSTALLATION (You will need to give it permission to install) After giving it permission to install, choose the file location you want it to be installed in. (there is a default, just accept default file path tbh) After that it should give you an option for type of install Choose Full install Click Next BAM! You're done installing all programs
How to set it all up
Once done installing all programs do the following
Open (if you don't already) Foobar2000 and do the following File (top left of screen)->Preferences->top down arrow for playback->output. Now it should there should be a header saying "Device" Click the box that's right below it and select CABLE INPUT (VB-Virtual Audio cable) as the device you want to use as output. Just ignore everything else Foobar is now setup with VB-Virtual Audio Cable Remember that thing i told you to not close in the first part of the guide? Yeah? Go to it. Enable VB-Virtual Audio Cable and make it default device. (DO NOT CLOSE SOUND SETTINGS, It'll just make things more tedious!) DO NOT WORRY! You can switch back and forth from your own microphone to VB-Virtual Audio Cable! To test to see if it works download any sound, song, video, anything that has sound in it. Almost any sound and video format is supported. From there you can directly drag over the file (sound, video, etc) over to foobar. Double click the file to start playing it. Go back to your sound settings in your recording tab VB-Virtual Audio cable should show sound coming through it with a green bar going up and down right next to it. If it works. BAM! You're all done! To test if it works in GMOD just type voice_loopback 1 in console (in game) and you should be able to hear your voice!. To disable that command just replace that 1 with a zero 0.
Congrats! Now go out there and annoy the fuck out of people.
