Many players use building in outside areas for lots of reasons... Public bases, gambling, fighting rings, small gun sales buildings, fishing dupes, donation buildings, the list goes on and on..
I have never seen it so overbuilt that the hobos did not have a place to drop their junk and start panhandling.
As is, I believe the rule is if a player reports a structure built outside, it is up to the staff's discretion to ask the builder to remove it. But if it isn't impeding, they have no reason to remove it.

All of those can be done as hobos, hes not asking to remove public bases, gambling, fightings rings, small gun sales buildings, fishing dupes, donation buildings, etc hes just asking so only hobos would be able to make them

Some people get real confused on the app even though it’s pretty simple if you use your cheat sheet (The rules) as booper said maybe remove some of the questions maybe the per say harder ones so people have an easier time cause they are going to go through training and learn lots of the basics and have some time to go over the rules and you can’t even really make someone with no experience about staffing answer a question about using the logs or implemented staff tools

Wasn't the fountain a Christmas tree last christmas that's really the only thing I remember being changed with the Santa job being able to he swapped to a cool suggestion I just thought of was making the floors ice like so you slip

Rope tool can be minged a lot and cause a lot of server lag the spectator room sounds cool but don’t know if it would be implemented or used a lot cause why would u want to watch someone kill people

Yeah I Don't like the prop change for different ranks because I thought in the big money system there was going to be the ability to increase prop limit

I thought CP were already quicker then normal people, atleast I know the Mayor is. Plus if you want to catch up to people use the non lethal then swoop in and cuff them

Yea as Muffin has said stocks have been removed from the game if you had any money you can go to the NPC or do !stocks and claim it. I'll be closing this thread since there cant be a guide for stocks cause they don't exist on the server anymore

To everyone that has replied,
I feel like the bitcoin system isn't used by anyone but new players because they simply don't know what it does. And looking at a black box with a bitcoin logo slapped on it, to where it has NO setup or maintaining factor sucks
Sugar just buffed them slightly, I don't know if u want to close this thread so ill leave it open
