Description:

The point of the Michael Myers and Grim Reaper jobs are to "kill players who have below ( ) health". Michael Myers is unable to kill CCs that are, for example, capped at 21 health (like the penguin playermodel). The reaper however, does not have this restriction and is always able to kill playermodels that have this health cap. This has lead to about 3 times now where the reaper has waited for me outside of spawn and killed my little penguin many times.

How to reproduce:

1 person as a reaper, 1 person as a small playermodel that has capped health (for example, the kowalksi playermodel).
