Building Inspectors Handbook

These rules become effective at 1200, on Monday, July 25, 2022 At that time, all previous rules and instructions that are inconsistent with these rules become void.

Main:

Our main goal is to bring a realistic rp experience to the land of titsrp where no rp goes on anyways. as a building inspector your main job is to inspect buildings and issue permits to those operating public businesses. please note that we mainly deal with commerical and industrial properties like stores and factories. we normally do not do residential areas but we are licesesed to if needed.

 

Charges, Permits, Fines, Costs, and shutdowns:

the normal amount we charge for a permit is 10k, the charge may go up for larger areas such as factories or farmland. if the person does not pay their fine. return back later, if they still refuse to pay, you may be able to call the authorities on your "Civillian Phone" and have them take care of it. after all, the permits are a requirement issued by the city. IF AREA IS SHUTDOWN OR CONDEMED: you are to fence off the area or board up any low ground windows to keep people from getting in. MAKE SURE A SIGN IS VISIBLE that states: Company name (MBIC CORP) / sign that states the property is condemed and anybody inside will be considered tresspassers who can be arrested by police. you can also call police to report tresspassers. they may be remove from building or detained entirely. tresspassers should be removed by police and not the inspector (read more in security section).

 

Payment Options:

When paying for permits a person may pay all at once or in less than 5 intervals. cheques are also accepted. if the property is condemed and fenced off and the person pays all their dues, the fences may be removed.  (we also accept kidneys as payment)

 

Security:

"we stayin strapped, fuck with the building inspectors you gettin clapped", im talking closed casket service, with your infant son crying over your dead corspe and your golddigger wife already chasing another man. we allow our boys to carry guns, and no, we dont care, let us do our shit and you do yours.

As a building inspector dont barge into peoples private areas unless doing an inspection with permission.
