Reasons why you are reporting: This player vote banned me because I votebanned him. I votebanned him for a legitimate reason, which was because he was revolution leader hiding in spawn and talking shit. I votebanned him for 10 mins because I didnt feel his actions, as there were no staff on at the time, warranted 30 minutes. He gets on as soon as 10 minutes are up and votebans me for 30 mins for a ridiculous reason as revenge, This is Abusing his powers as a VIP and Revenge banning. Since I am not on, I cannot tell you his steam ID or profile. But they should step up and respond to this post.

As a matter of fact there was actually a staff on at the moment if you had done !staff. Also I am not quite sure if shit talking as a revolt leader is a bannable offense. I revolted after the cops kept killing me and my followers over and over again without a law in place to justify it.

Allow me to weigh in on this. First of all votebanning for staying in spawn as a revolt leader isn't a legitimate reason. Is it failrp? Yes, do we ban for a single instance of failRP? Not really. I'm going to be honest here, I believe you both should be stripped of your ability to ban, kick, etc on the grounds that you BOTH abused it. 

 

So in all actuality I am +1 for the punishment of both of you. 

 

I'll let the other mods convene to decide on that punishment.

The staff member was on but he was unresponsive, so he took matters into his own hands. you blatantly abuse the votebanning system for your own gain.

Putin had not only banned him for fail rp but another main reason for the voteban was because Gnome had been false votebanning many people and it wasnt just a 'let me voteban as a troll then deny it'. no he accepted the vote verification for about 4 votebans that where false and with shitty reason behind each one of them. Gnome came back into the game after he was banned and the first thing he did was voteban putin with a crappy reason to 'justify' as he said. Gnome continued this so called 'feud' so I votebanned him for 30 minutes since he would not stop and almost the entire server voted yes. In conclusion Gnome was being toxic as heck with the vote bans so im on putins side since he was doing the right thing here and I dont think he should have his voteban powers revoked, take them away from Gnome for sure.

 

A ban for Gnome is necessary in my opinion +1

if you want to go ahead and say I abused my power, I had been given no explanation of what the VIP kick/votebans length or punishment, What I did vs what he did are two seperate things.

 

He did it to be petty and as revenge. I votebanned him because he was sitting in spawn as revolt leader and talking crap to several people, Instead of doing the mature thing and gathering information to make a report about him getting killed.

Alright lets take that "four votebans" accusation down a notch. First of all I only ever made one voteban and it was the one against Putin. The other two were votekicks which were both valid. One was against one of the cops/mayor that had RDMed me repeatedly and the other was against a Gaben that was mass nonlethal abusing in spawn

Let's go back a bit gnome, just to clear things up, you are kez, guessing you are since you keep complaining on a post about kez, I feel like your description of what's "valid" and deserved could be flawed a bit, seeing as you think I deserved the vote ban. When I votebanned you, it was for 10 minutes, for a legit reason, the duration may have been off, but even if I had kicked you, judging from your reaction, you most likely would've came back and done the same thing to me. Regardless of your defense, you revenge banned me. By doing that, you showed malicious intent. What I did, while a little too long, had no real harm in what I did.
