useful keybinds (feel free to add your own)

here are a list of useful key binds that make things easier for you improving quality of life, you can replace the key i use in the examples with whatever key you'd like. some of these are likely already well known but i would guess some new players may not know these binds.

 

ammo bind (allows you to effectively always have ammo to reload with if you keep pressing this):

bind g "say /buyammo 1"

 

all crop seed binds for tilling plots/grow zones (lets you place seeds much faster):

food (farmer)

bind g "say /buycropseedmega"

 

weed

bind g "say /buyweedseedmega"

 

opium

bind g "say /buyopiumseedmega"

 

cocaine

bind g "say /buycocaineseedmega"

 

buy chemical barrel

 

bind g "say /buydatbarrel"

 

stopsound (stops annoying noises that linger around)

bind g stopsound

 

chat related binds (thought i'd include them even though if you understand how the previous binds work it is sort of straightforward)

bind g "say /advert PD raid"

bind g "say /advert Kingdom raid"

bind g "say /advert Bank raid"

bind g "say /y Party assist"

etc

 

inventory holster (attempts to put whatever item you are holding into your inventory)

bind g "say /invholster"

 

binding a weapon/swep/etc to a key (this is an example on how to bind the master sword to a key)

bind g "use weapon_mastersword"

if you wish to bind say a batclaw or a bacta grenade i've attached the image above on how to get the weapon name. just search it in the weapons tab of the q menu and copy the weapon from the spawn menu to your clipboard and replace weapon_mastersword with whatever item you want it to be. additionally below this is how i easily find out what certain keybinds are to put into console, for example KP_MULTIPLY is numpad slash. this is useful if you wish to put your keybinds on your numpad or on mouse buttons. this is especially handy with binding guns to a key.

menu and opening the darkrp commands menu.
