I dont believe that players that don't have the appropriate tools available should be taking cases of alting whilst banned into their own hands, as we as staff do not ban for cases like this on a basis that they might be doing so, but that they are doing so

Yeah, I think you've made a pretty fair response on this one. It's jsut a difficult one because the evidence I have listed is the only evidence we can get. It's not a stretch to say that Valmira could be using a virtual machine, or a VPN or whatever in order to evade his ban. There is so much circumstantial evidence which led me to that conclusion that at that moment it all just came together. I don't think an alt check will work because he's too smart for that - he's already been banned once for an alt check so he's only going to find a way to evade it. I still think its very odd for somebody with so many connections to get on and try and buy somebody else's username back, I still think it's very odd for them to be in a steam group that is literally the banned player's username, I find it extremely odd that they have confessed to being used as an alt by that person, yet, all of it is just very odd, and sus, and enough to say that Valmira is PROBABLY alting but yes, it's impossible to prove anything for sure. I respect your judgement.

Hah, that's funny. Looks like Natcel have launched a wave on my rep lmfao. Good one guys, just like you did to my teammate. I'll also make it clear, it's not that I don't like valmira, and yeah, sure I don't like the guy but that's not the point. The point is that he should be permanently banned right now, for a variety of reasons, because that is justice. I still hold that after what he did to my friend, he does not deserve to be a member of this community, Not because I dislike him but because he is a toxic and dangerous player who alts while banned, doxxes, makes pedo accusations, etc. It's for the good of the server and what I see as justice in general.

2.) I personally find this situation to be very petty on both sides, and i believe that both parties are heavily invested at getting each other in trouble as they dislike each other. And the already existing toxic environment is getting worse.

FishinJew (STEAM_0:0:62022298) started a voteban against Valerie (STEAM_0:0:197386579) for the following reason: 'lol'
 
Could FishinJew and FishinJew only explain what the reason for this was?

Also, I have never met this Valerie person before. I have no reason to dislike them as an individual, it is just because I rightly noticed a number of suspicious links to one individual who has a pattern of this kind of behaviour and also has a habit of getting away with a lot of it. He has alted on that account before, no reason they wouldn't do it again. Of course Valerie is going to lie about it because her account is at risk here, a second alting ban is a perma ban on that account. It goes beyond anything personal and is  just purely my own investigation and suspicion

A normal player doesn’t have the necessary tools to determine whether someone is an alt or not. While they can go off of theories and similar speaking styles they shouldn’t be acting on these. 
 

if you think someone may be an alt contact a Smod+ who has the tools to see if someone is an alt. 
 

Dick will be restricted for a week for banning you as an alt.
