hi. I recently got falsely vote-banned by "Dick Schumacher." I'm not here to appeal the ban since it's an hour, but I wanted to ask if there’s anything that can be done about it. Before I was vote-banned, they were accusing me of being "Tsul" (now going as Valmira) on the same account.


The confusion comes from the fact that while I was on vacation, I let Valmira use my Steam account. During that time, his main account got banned along with mine, since he was logged into it on my account. Since then, I've changed my login details and no longer let him use it. I only let him play on it because I knew alting was allowed, so I served that ban. However, now they keep spreading nonsense, saying I'm still Tsul/Valmira and claiming they'll never give Tsul his name back, etc.


I just want something to be done about this false vote ban since I’m not Tsul or Valmira.

I would like to clarify one more time I AM [NOT] tsul or Valmira.

Look, 
          - Valmira has already been banned once for alting while banned.
 
          - You said yourself, in a message in chat that Valmira has alted on your account before

          - You also offered to buy Valmira's username from my friend for 40 mil (don't have a ss)
          - You are in a steam group, on your own, that has the same name as Valmira's forum account name.

          - You literally logged on just to buy somebody's username. 
         -  I can also see that Valmira logged onto the forums, logged out, and then your account logged in lol

        - You know a suspicious amount about Valmira's life and "money making" activities


        - You talk just like him in chat, calling people broke and saying they are "fanning out"

 

 I think I had a reasonable suspicion.

The rest of chat were also very supportive of my opinion and your rep is literally -6, including -reps for being afk and offering to buy bases. You seem to be AFK a suspicious amount of the time since I can imagine valmira used to use you a lot to get some spare ents. 

I would love to see the evidence of "player harassment" even though I never went up to you once and literally just asked chat what a ban for alting while banned twice was, which you responded to by piping up to me in chat, we then argued. You were insulting me for being poor, incel, etc. The whole chat was on our side because of your toxicity, hence the voteban passed like 16/3. This whole exchange lasted at most five minutes, no grounds for player harassment I would say, compared to the HOURS that NATSEL members spent harassing my party mates and making fake accusations in voice chat, which again, I ACTUALLY HAVE evidence of, unlike you.

Unlike your lack of evidence to prove anything against me, there is boatloads of evidence still on the forums that is enough to permaban your buddy/you for false accusations, faking evidence, etc but I won't go over that again. 

Delete your post and go outside instead of alting on multiple accounts.

Before you respond I would like to add that I votebanned you not because the evidence was definitive but because I had a reasonable suspicion based on it, that the rest of chat seemed to agree with. None of this is definitive, it's just a lot more than you have on me lol. I think anyone can get how it looks when somebody comes on, asks to buy the username of somebody who has recently been banned for alting (and has alted on the exact account I'm arguing with) and then proceeds to shittalk exactly like them in chat.

A suspicion is misinterpreted as fact in your mind, with admittance on your end for the mistake. Sure, I have let Valmira(The real Tsul) play on my account in the past, I let him use it because I was visiting a friend out of states, but that was before he was banned.

 

When they banned him for player toxicity, my account was banned too because he was using it at the time. I served that ban, and as I’ve mentioned, I’ve changed all the account info since then.

 

The in-game chat can side with you all they want, but the vote ban was false as per your admittance of fault. Staff can easily check if I’m alting, and as I said, I’m willing to screenshare to prove that I’m not him.

 

Your vote ban was completely based on suspicion, not facts.

I know quite a bit about Tsul because I knew him before he played Gmod. As for the Steam group name, that was a group I created a long time ago for Rainbow Six, which has since been disbanded. The name just represents a barcode.

 

Just because a regular player voted 'yes' on the ban doesn’t mean it’s true. You misused your power, and the vote ban was unjust.

I didn't make a mistake, as I say I had a reasonable suspicion. None of what you said changes the fact that Valmira alted on your account before, which with everything else gave me a very reasonable suspicion. As chat said, you could alt on a virtual machine or anything lol. I got a good question for you, why did you want to buy his username so badly?

dude, I didn't take it to the forums exactly because it was a suspicion. It's not worth a forum post, and neither is this, literally a single voteban which at the time, there was plenty of evidence pointing towards it being true, which I have listed in my original response.

When there is no mods on, there is no choice. I didn't do it falsely because I had evidence that reasonably pointed towards it being true, it's just a shame that your hour ban can't turn into a perma for alting twice, hell you've admitted that he alted while banned on your account before which TECHNICALLY adds up to two counts.

Reasonable suspicion doesn’t give you the authority to falsely vote ban me. Just because the chat might be gaslighting you into thinking I’m alting doesn’t make it true. Valmira only used my account for about two days, and on his last day, his main account was banned. As I’ve already mentioned four times, I served that ban, and alting is allowed here as long as the account isn’t banned.

 

A friend asked me to load in because they thought the [real] Tsul was online, but when I joined, I realized it wasn’t actually him. I was confused, so I asked if they’d sell the name as a gift for Valmira when he came back. Knowing I'd be reimbursed for looking out. That’s the whole reason I asked about buying the name.

 

There was no valid reason for you to take matters into your own hands and vote ban me. I won’t be responding to you anymore because you’ve already admitted guilt. For any staff reading this, it’s obvious what’s going on here. You keep trying to find a way out of this, but none of the 'evidence' you’ve provided is concrete or full proof.

 

Take all the reasonable suspicion in the world, but the staff can easily check if I’m currently alting, which I’m not. And as I’ve said before, I’ve changed all my account information, and Valmira/Tsul no longer has access.
