The only thing I saw someone done wrong with proof was that Koben was exploiting, or some form of  prop abuse.

 

Also, what you said about the guy going back after dying, I would have recommended screenshoting his death in console so you would have proof to show that he shouldn't be in-front of the base helping his friend.

 

How about we all just be nice to each other. The least you guys can do is be the bigger man.

 

Also! Do not report people unless you either

A) Have proof that shows they are breaking rules/abusing without unreasonable doubt, we don't take peoples words for anything, we demand proof.

B) Have proof of many unusual occurrences, not one small one. Most likely nothing will happen if you report over small things and the report would just be a waste of time.

This is going to be a long one.

 

Hops, the quote you supplied from me is from a whole different story. That whole incident involved staff members going after other staff members for the purpose of getting them demoted because they felt like they weren't contributing to anything. I said no witch hunts for staff vs staff since in the end you would have Staff member A spectating Staff Member B and then both of them would be writing a report on how they aren't doing anything.

 

A user has the right to make a report on anyone. This isn't even a "witch hunt" a witch hunt is looking for every possible little detail in a scenario and constant reports on the same person day in and day out.

 

If you're getting reported 5 times in the same day for: "Not going to my sit within 2 minutes", "Physgunning me when I told you not to", "Pretending to be AFK in spawn", "Being AFK in spawn" then that is a witch hunt which is definitely not cool. When you're making reports on people for no reason, then that is a witch hunt. Making reports on people for valid reasons or anything that seems like a 100% valid reason is fine. The people who take the time to do these reports are only benefiting the staff team since god knows I am not on the server to witness all of this.

 

Before I move onto this report, I would just like to say thanks everyone. All I wanted to do was make a cool server and provide a fun place for everyone to enjoy but it seems like this is just moving down the sinkhole really quick. Just remember, as a staff member you have 3 things to do

• Prevent the server from going into chaos
  
• Don't cause the chaos
  
• Have fun
  

Seems like each and every day you attempt to show me a new experimental rocket design that can fly from the US to Africa that you made while being a mod in my server.

 

Onto the report

 

While I do appreciate the report, these screenshots do not provide sufficient proof alone. But lets see what we can dig up about each and every person you reported:

 

Shadoe

Shadoe also used a master sword which is included in his custom class to jump over props initially blocking raiders

That is the reason why the weapon is in the game. It can be used to jump higher than you normally can but not to a massive extent.

 

Shadoe conducted at least a couple sits with each of us harassing us about us supposedly harassing them

I checked logs during that time and there wasn't anything that went out of the ordinary. Shadoe uses his mic so chat logs aren't very helpful.

 

Shadoe continued to call us names like faggot and he said not to write the report because it was "a waste of our time" and then he said to write the report because nothing would happen and then went back to the whole it's a waste of our time. He harassed my friends all because of a mistake which was a pretty bad mistake on their behalf.

Again, I don't have chatlogs of name calling since this was over mic.

 

Overall for Shadoe's case, I can't really say too much. It's pretty inconclusive since the evidence doesn't support anything against him, it's just your words saying "He siad x y z"

 

Albino's / Koben

 

You didn't say the reason why you're reporting him in your post but I am going to assume its for the prop pushing of the C4 into the base.

They were raiding, Koben spawned a prop while raiding, put a C4 on it then tried to use the C4 to blow up their base, he admitted to that and he knows that it was wrong. I couldn't tell you what they were thinking, but it happened.

Koben: During the raid Koben put a C4 on THEIR wall and spawned in his OWN wall, I don't know why, but he did.

 

I went through logs for a bit and there wasn't too much besides

Bobo NEVER called raid, he was just armouring his party members. That DOES NOT mean in anyway he was assisting.

 

How is not assisting? That's like me going to heist a bank with my friends but I am supplying ammo, just not shooting any cops. When the cops finally get to getting to all of us, I say "Whoa man, I wasn't helping them. Just dropping some rounds. You cannot arrest me for this!"

 

The whole "He wasn't raiding so he can come back since it wasn't a raid" doesn't apply.. I don't know how you don't understand this. If he dies for assisting his party members, he shouldn't come back since he is officially part of the raid. Bobo is supporting and helping the people raiding the base. Saying he is not assisting doesn't make any sense to me. He should of called assist / raid or something. Just standing there and then claiming you were RDMed is massive BS to me.

Just because you aren't a mod doesn't mean you can't get banned. You will be banned for 3 days for: Not calling raid / assist while obviously assisting a raid and then claiming false RDM.

The thing is Jondar that even if you're in the same area or even remotely close to your base while it's still being raided, they can kill you. You should not be around that area when your house is still being raided. In my eyes it's not RDM since agian, you should not be anywhere near that area.

 

In conclusion, KingApplez did nothing wrong. He raided, he killed Jondar who was spectating.

Overall, it's depressing that all of this went down. I will say it again, this is not a witch hunt. I am not biased and I go through logs and check for every possible detail when looking through a report. If you're going to be angry at me for something you did then you should re-evaluate your mindset. "Omg sugar is taking his side, he is the worst owner, I should not be demoted / banned for something I did wrong". If you feel upset or angry because of the outcome of these actions and you're a staff member then step down because there is more than enough people willing to take your spot.

 

If everyone was able to get away scott free for doing minor mistakes then everyone would be messing around 24/7 without the fear of consequences. It's so easy to just...do what you have to do...

 

If you're not going to respect the rules and you're not going to respect my time how can I expect you to respect the people of this server and make it a better place. It seems every day I am saying "Oh you know, this community is really cool now" to "Oh wow, what happened".

 

Koben is demoted for putting C4 on a prop and flinging it into someone's base

Bobo is being banned for not calling raid or assist and claiming for false RDM

 

Like I said, as a staff member you have 3 things to do, keep the server from chaos, don't cause the chaos and have fun.

As a member of the server you have 2 things to do. Play by the rules and have fun.
