Why are you reporting said player? Abusing his Staff Tools without making sure the punishment he was giving was totally legitimate .

What happened is basically i was thanking Staff as always i should say , when this "SEWER OVERLORD" Staff Guy had the beautiful idea to kick me accusing me of some type of afk messages , as you can see in the evidence but also in my story he never asked me nothing , what has happened was me , writing at the time that thing with copy and paste , suddenly saw the kick box message with something like "Kicked for afk message sending" , i spent over 30 minutes to be able to reconnect to the server again , and then i did proceed to fill a report with @ asking who did that abuse . For who's lazy in viewing the evidence , Sewer Overlord justified himself and his action by saying he did spectate me , and then proceeded to assume i was using some kind of script which he hasn't verified with a single message on me while i could have easily answered  him that i was not afk . This such behaviour for me it's an abuse and should not go unseen , that's the reason i've reported it , but if for you, Staff of TitsRP, this is just Normal , in that case , i will just put in account to change the server because that's not normal for me .

Misjudgment? By a small margin. Abuse? Absolutely not.

 

You were not “punished,” you were disconnected from the server to free up slots for players who have the intention to come on the server and RP. Whether you were AFK or not, Sewer spectating you gave him the idea that you were based off your inactivity and only chatspam. I probably would have done the same thing. If you’re sitting in an apartment not moving one bit with a chat bind coming out of you “thanking” the staff, it would be evident that you’re either AFK or on the server with no intent to RP, justifying the kick. Just my two cents. There is absolutely no abuse here at all.
