when you do !rules it simply pops up a empty window and all it says is "Frame Header". I marked it as medium because its one of the new features in the update and its a pretty useful command for the players and staff. Feel free to mark it as low priority.

i believe this server should retain its rights to be able to joke about things. How ever if its targeted haraassment then its punishable but really most of the time the people saying these sorts of things usually are trolls that will last on the server for an hour before being banned for mrdm or something
