Bug Description: Owning A Door's And Selling At The Time Its Locked Or Leaving etc Makes The Doors Lock Them Selfs And Needing To Lockpick It/Buy It To Open It And Sometimes After A Mayor Leaves Before Dying/Demote'ed etc The PD Doors Can't Be Lockpick And Or Look Wierd.
