I haven't been on in a week or so since I'm away but the week I got promoted I did notice a bunch of newly promoted tmods struggling. Lack of training or sub par training was definitely a problem for some of them so I can definitely +1 this.

I don't think a lack of training is an excuse for noclipping in rp. If you need training to know not to do that you probably shouldn't be mod... At least for me, tmod training only involved commands and how to use an admin stick.
