I'm Still perma banned is there a reason for this yet?

I haven't been on the server in weeks and i come back and i'm permanently banned. https://gyazo.com/26588202307a6409e95d55cd0e90df12 and the only reason is bye.Why was i permanently banned i don't remember doing anything wrong all i did was rp like normally and i come back weeks later with a ban screen saying bye.
