Went to sell my drugs and the first shipment of cocaine did not go through but the other did. It did not leave a message with the amount in chat and my balance did not change but the items disappeared. Lost out on $2,715,546. https://medal.tv/games/garrys-mod/clips/Eb7KS58yT36hQ/d1337CrpwtUA?invite=cr-MSxkWFAsMTc2NzQ4MDEs

this means that an item inside the box has usually degraded, if it doesn't then i think you have to invholster/shoot the box to get the ents out

Pretty sure shooting a pickup box and destroying it makes the items disappear. I might be mistaken though.

  3. The items getting stuck inside and being unable to get out may only be a visual issue as sometimes it will say 1/5 items, not list any items inside. You eat it, try to hit e on every one, and nothing will come out. Sometimes the same thing happens but the items do in fact come out and the quantity updates.

  4. Add an upgraded pickup box that can hold a max of 8-10 entities. This can make it easier to transfer large amounts of loot from one place to another. Also incentivizes keeping things you can't typically carry in the rotation rather than outright destroying it if you cannot transport it. It could be a crafting exclusive, an upgrade you can purchase to already spawned in pickup boxes, or something else entirely.

  5. After raiding a base with someone playing extremely, extremely loud shitting noises, I can not support this. For the general public that isn't just using this feature or boom boxes to troll/minge, I can support this. Maybe it could be unlockable/bought with in game currency or VIP+ exclusive?

  6. Title says it all.

The reasoning being: You just stole a processor. You got to get it out of the box and put it within your base. If you didn't claim ownership of it before stealing it, it will revert to being frozen in whatever position you picked it up in. It may be difficult or impossible to claim ownership due to its positioning and cause you to have to re-pickup box it again. Removing ownership allows you to move it with the grav gun as soon as you take it out. Another issue with this is depending on the orientation you stole it in, it can clip through walls and get lost. If it is no longer frozen and comes out the same way it did as if you just spawned it, it should not be an issue or as big of one.

    Description:

Sometimes items put into a pickup box are permanently stuck inside the pickup box and it does not list the item description but will note a X/5 noting there are still items inside. However, when attempting to press E on the slots, sometimes they items eject and update the quantity of items inside, and sometimes it does not and they are permanently stuck inside.

    How to reproduce:

    Unsure. Happens very often.
  8. Looking for these items (mostly in bulk):

Artifact Weapons (only looking for ones with good enchants)

    Trisha Launchers

clearly you have not raided anyone who has played for more then 2 days.

So what you're saying is, a veteran with 100+ c4 isn't going to be able to raid a base? You spawn the c4 outside, wait for the timer to be low, shoot it inside the base. It's not hard. You may not successfully pull off the raid every single time but my point was you can reliable get into bases with minimal interaction with the actual base if you just c4 spam. That was my point.

  10. You can't deny how much money you've spent on the server. I wasn't licking your ass, I was stating fax. I don't spend as much time or money as you do on the damn server, Of course I'm not going to be as good as you lmao. Never claimed I was. Go back to being toxic somewhere else you sad, sad soul.

yes, it is, big bang is cooler then afking for 30 seconds while standing still and trying to be quiet.

Big boom takes no skill and if you're rich enough, no matter what base you're up against, you can raid it. If you spam enough c4, there's no shot someone can defend against it. Not saying it is efficient but it's a lot harder to defend bases currently than it used to be before c4.  Bases looked differently, you could actually viably base in smaller areas, now you cannot. Either the c4 mechanics have to change or a lot of other things do.

  12. Bases can be more compact if c4 is removed. Yeah you still need to brace against blowtorches but bases don't have to have room specifically to be able to survive taking 1-2 c4. You can easily sit outside someone's base, outside of their LOS, and prep c4 to raid their base. This removes a lot of the skill in raiding and defending and just makes it a battle of who has better aim or weapons, almost completely removing the base aspect in some cases. For example, most bases uses anywhere from 2-6 layers of fences to be able to brace against c4 raids. Every c4 will blow up anywhere between 1-2 layers of fences, maybe 3 in rare scenarios or depending on the spacing between them. If c4 is removed, you can add more props in your first layer or two, bracing against blowtorches. Hell, you could even stack props inside each other to make it take longer to blowtorch through them and still have the same amount of defense a giant maze fence would have if this change is made.

Bases being smaller and more compact would allow for people to have more props to build different. Yes, potentially like other servers but it may be better than things are now. Entities need buffed in several ways as well. A lot of balancing would have to happen to make this a reality. Breaching charges for props could be an alternative. You'd still have to run up to place them but it would effectively blow up the prop, same as c4. There are a lot of changes that could be made, just depends on what the end goal is expected to be.

I know basing as it is now, depends on base location and who is online. If you have someone like malicious online, your base is gonna be gone eventually because he has an endless supply of c4. It also seems like a lot of newer players aren't aware of c4, blowtorches, etc. And build how you regularly would and get raided extremely easily. This is something else I think should be addressed, whether changes or made or not.

  13. I think basing the way it is right now is very flawed. It caters to people that spam props and gives people with larges spaces to work with an advantage. You can prep a c4 outside someone's base and be into most bases within a minute or less. This makes intricate or unique bases few and far between. This is because, as you said, most spots are not used for basing because they're so small and prone to an easy c4 raid. Most people just do fence spam or make a long tunnel with a little turtle bunker to shoot from that makes it incredibly difficult to actually fire back. I don't like the idea of having weapons that boost procs or printers. I feel like those should either be temporary or permanent upgrades from basing or something else. Doesn't make sense to have a weapon benefit basing, especially if you don't plan on basing it makes enchanting useless.

  14. Potentially controversial but I feel like it has to be mentioned. In terms of basing, it's almost overpowered.

    Here's why:

    1. You have to advert in order to raid it, giving the kingdom time to prepare.

    2. You have to lockpick the portal in one of the most populated areas in the server.

    3. As soon as you go through the portal, you're a sitting duck, no preparing c4, no area that's safe, you entered their territory and you're dead.

    4. Not to mention it has the most space on the map so you can easily do tons of plots, procs, etc.

Not sure why something so overpowered should even be apart of the server. Everyone else has to defend against c4, even when it's heing prepped to blow outside their base. I feel like the King should be able to have his land but at the same time, making it nearly impossible to raid is not fair to everyone else getting their things stolen by them. I could be wrong about c4 but as I haven't tested trying to take it through the portal. More concerned about not dying to cp while raiding. Anyone that defends the kingdom not being overpowered abuses the security it provides to get rich.

My suggestion: Find a way to balance the kingdom. Let the king have his cake and eat it should still be feasible to steal it from him.

  15. I completely understand why you would want to keep the forums their own separate entity at that point. I just wish there was more input on suggestions I guess. Maybe it is the current workload you guys have to deal with or just how you guys do things. This is an idea of what I had in mind that another discord for another game did. It features an upvote/downvote system, easily openable discussions about said suggestion, and confirmation as to whether it may or may not be added. This is overall a little easier to use in my opinion as navigating each suggestion is much easier, slowmode is enabled and you can only post one every so often. This allows for a lot more casual discussion about said suggestion which also making it a little easier to make them. The point still stands that some people may shitpost or waste people's time but they could just be removed/have their suggestion perms revoked. The same thing can happen here anyways. I have made quite a few suggestions and some of them have quite a bit of views but 0 interaction from the community or staff as to their thoughts on some of them. That is the only reason I suggested this. Some of these suggestions have been open for 2+ years and still don't have confirmation but people would very much like to see them.
