I think this has to do with the recent box patch where you can not pick them up quickly. How to reproduce: Buy a shelf put something in get a friend to try to buy it. Everyone who has a smartphone download the app letgo. September 19th Changelog Fixed being able to put upgraded guns in shelves Fixed shelves, they should function now This is fixed, can confirm in game.
