Heinz Cyruzburg Posted July 30, 2016 Share Posted July 30, 2016 Your Steam Name: Heinz Cyruzburg Your ingame name: Heinz Cyruzburg Your Steam Profile/SteamID: STEAM_0:1:49959654 Why were you banned?: First Time, I was Kidnapped and after I was accidently sent to the roof for no reason, Panda was nice enough to take me down and no warnings after that, Second time I Spawned a Wooden Bench and Sat on it and You know I got stuck in a Wall so I moved it higher to get out of the wall, and now I left the seat and was moved to the roof, than I asked a Moderator ( Little Poopoo Panda, and I told him that I was stuck in the roof, and than he called out that I was exploiting and said he was gonna warn me, than took me off the roof to a Gas Station roof, and than said he was banning me, and I got banned for exactly 7 Days Straight. Why should you be unbanned?: Because this was a Complete Mistake, Also Lied about Not Intending to Role Play when I was exactly, staying in a building with my Friends, Defending and Taking money out of Printers. I dont understand why your making a ban appeal for exploiting even though you did it twice in a row but whatever. ¬°Reymysterious Posted July 31, 2016 Share Posted July 31, 2016 Heres the thing though, The first time I was the one who used the bludgeon on him making him into a ragdoll and throwing him around, when the timer was up he was spawned on the roof. He had no control over what was happening to him during that time and it was a complete accident. The second time, he was siting on a bench using alt+e and he got stuck on the roof, so he placed another bench so he could alt+e again to get himself unstuck but instead landing him on the roof. It was a complete accident and those happen. But a 7 day ban for an accident, and then you lying about NITRP? Thats just complete BS. You can't really say it wasn't a hard task to do when it was an accident. He didn't exploit intentionally at all but making it a 7 day ban is just retarded. It should have been a 1 day ban at max if you actully knew what happend and not just banning him on the spot. And I'm pretty sure Lil CHurch is being biased here saying he shouldn't be unbanned since the fact that his bff is the one who banned this person. He said he was it wasn't intended both times and what he says makes sense to me. I think he should get unbanned because if he was Not intending to rp and was exploiting twice on purpose then why would even think about making a ban appeal?
