It started during a PD Raid, CSMADS was participating in a PD raid as a citizen which itself is a No no, Soon as i cuffed him he started casting out hateful messages (Kill this Yolky f*ggot) now i didn't arrest him right away as they person he was raiding with was trying to kill me. As i managed to cuff his friend at the time. CSMADS wrote in OOC "Yolky has 300 GB of CP." at this time i figured he'd be snatched with The senior Mod Money being on the server, bit i assumed Money was to busy as he never did anything against it. so i went down to the cells to go look at CSMADS and asking what the fuck he's doing saying shit like that. before i even get to talk to him, they start talking about. if i get aroused by little boys. going into Strange Detail about Kid genitalia. (Wilkins offered to take the sit in game because he kept at it. I was not able to clip the recording at this time so i made a forum post. I went back but i think they only received a warning not ban. Wilkins didn't have much to go off of because i couldn't provide clipping at the time of the sit)

Wilkins here, I gave the warn purely based on the OOC message as there was no other evidence to consider at the time. Based on the evidence here, I absolutely would have chosen a harsher punishment. Repeatedly tellin the other cops to "Kill that dirty f*gg*t" followed by the OOC message that I warned him for, and then the disgustin pedo accusations AND basically a monologue of pedo comments.

 

I believe this warrants, at the very least, a 1w ban, though I reckon a longer ban could easily be argued for.

We don't need players like this on the server, he's clearly here to troll and has no place in the community. No need to keep this up as its pretty cut and dry.
