i'm +1 For punishment regardless length here again my standpoint is this is the first time this user is being punished for flashing dupes in this context and opening with a 6month i feel is excessive unless the intent to do harm is clearly established. at the moment the only intent i see is trolling, and the user removed this after the staff member pulled them from what i was told. But considering his history if someone wants to factor that in as-well that is their call my since toxicity isnt really a factor here im not looking at previous tox infractions in my conclusion.

Intentionally risking the lives of other players is peak player toxicity. Also should be of note that regardless of the length of time the dupe was up you can see the FPS counter Drop dramatically. It doesnt look good to players just joining to start losing frames as soon as they leave spawn.  +1 for any punishment length for both minfral and kashpaint for encouraging it.

Is there even any proof of me placing the dupe? Any proof of someone talking in OOC about the dupe? Because the dupe was gone within seconds and was like 5 trees. Also for Maxwell, he was still actively playing and talking after seeing the flashing lights, when a normal epilepsy case would get you a seizure but a minor epilepsy case would give u a seizure (under 10 secs) which is mistaken for daydreaming. An epileptic seizure is NOT commonly fatal, just for you guys to know, it is not attempted murder or anything like that. You’re exaggerating it. Not only was my trees there for only a few seconds for people to notice, the delay between the flashing colors were like 500ms which is fairly slow. And I don’t know how I encouraged him? Me saying “Nice installation” is encouraging him to do it again? That doesn’t make any sense. And now someone is ALLEGEDLY epileptic with absolutely zero proof so you’re escalating the whole situation. If I get banned, don’t give me the same ban length as him since there isn’t even any proof of me placing the dupe, and no one was talking about it. Now Tene and bugman are trying to get me banned just cuz I’m cringey or some shit like that.

For the initial person, they have been on the server for quite awhile and having knowledge of another community member who is currently on the server and deliberately doing something for no other reason but to harm said individual is disgusting and it can have life threatening consquences which would they impact titsrp as a whole. Now, this is semi hard to prove but it is still serious enough where I would ban for 2 weeks to 3 months, 6 months seems a bit long but i can see a justification if we count all of the users history.

 

Now for Kashpaint, As he has self admitted to egging people on, his intentions are pretty clear in the matter. Given Kashpaint's HISTORY verbals, warns and bans included, this should in my opinion potentially lead to at a minumum a ban between 3-6 months but potentially combing over his history for further actions. It is clear that this individual has not and will not change and at some point, playing on Titsrp is a privilege that we may have to take away. But on that point i defer to my seniors and admins.

   It seems deliberate, and there should probably be some specific rules regarding flashing props. Additionally, after seeing Bugman's comment, I would suggest +1  community removal instead of a 6 month ban for I LOVE MINFRAL. I LOVE MINFRAL is clearly not interested in following the rules.

as for the encouragement the whole nice installation after he puts an epileptic dupe up seems encouraging considering the context of the convo, but u are right u never directly said go paste a flashing light dupe to fuck with people. but the fact that u pasted ur own dupe after being unbanned knowing the harm it can cause to people irl is just weird behaviour. u also shouldnt really be using the defense of ''i deleted it when i was asked to stop'' because u literally have been banned for using this dupe and telling another user to die, which shows that u know the dupe isnt allowed in the first place yet continued to use it after unban.

if i could break any rule i wanted as long as i stopped when i was told to stop, i would be breaking different rules on repeat daily. the logic doesnt work that way unfortunately and punishments exist to deal with people like you and minfral who try to avoid bans by doing something they know is wrong until someone complains. (you especially know this).

u also are for some reason trying to justify ur actions by saying ''theres no evidence of me pasting the dupe'' but u also admit u did paste the dupe. i also have chatlogs of the entire conversation where u admit to pasting the dupe, so yea there is evidence i suppose.
''no one was even talking about it'' -- there are ~7 or 8 minutes of conversation revolving around your flashing lights dupe, with a lot of different inputs. to say no one was talking about it is just a wild lie

i dont think if u receive a ban it should be anywhere near the length of the other user's, but due to ur history of flashing light issues i wouldnt be surprised if this report ends with u also receiving a punishment of decent length.

Going to go ahead and accept this since its been up for about a week and i think anyone who wants to involve themselves in this report has stated their opinions

 

Kashpaint will receive a 1 Month ban for again spawning a seizure inducing dupe he was already aware not to spawn which he self admitted to, Severity contributed to by history
Minferal will receive a 6 Month ban for Player Toxicity for intentionally attempting to harass a player with seizure inducing props and even stating it was his goal in chat, Severity contributed to by history.
