Why were you banned or warned?

I replied to a ban appeal (which I was called upon to assist in) requesting that all evidence be transferred to me so that I can help defend my client (spazz) and prove that his intent was not what he was banned for, and to try and help reduce his punishment. It was hidden (still fine because staff can see it) but I was also given a forums warning.

Why should you be unwarned/unbanned?

In the forums rules and guidelines, it states that you should only be warned for replying to a warn/ban appeal if it is toxic or a shitpost, my reply was neither and was harmless so it shouldve just been hidden and i shouldnt have been warned.

this is not troll im a real titsrp lawyer and seeking to help defend 29spazz as his intentions were not out of malice and were misinterpreted.

The reason I said no was because it was a shitpost. You added nothing productive to the ban appeal. Going from there you have multiple instances doing this on other appeals/reports so it was warranted.

 

I'll accept it on the grounds that next time you shitpost/useless post on an appeal you'll be getting warned, because of it being "done repeatedly" as per our guidelines.
