It started while i was hacking inside of the Pd, i ended up getting sexual with an alien, that's when Subtly came into the picture, and right off the bat start's asking me what kind of Infant am i fucking, going onto asking me if i like to look at cp in an accent. accusing me of Erotic Roleplay with people that are Underage, Going onto a sit i made against the player spouting that what they were doing was a joke and it was meant to be funny. among calling me a retard and the such. he was being nasty so i was nasty back albeit it mine could be labeled as worse. i accept if im punished i was heated and in the moment. Reason im making the forum post even after the sit. The mod at the time seemed to give him a slap on the wrist and just tell me to report him again if he continues to do it.there were two mod's at the sit however given the severity of what was being talked about and the slap on the wrist. im going forward. i am accepting of punishment, i did sling homophobia at the player in response to having the word Ablest slung at me with equal passion. pretty sure mine's considered the wrost out of the two at the time it was the only thing that came to my mind to call him back

hello so I do believe that I told both of you to stop then after yall wouldn't stop going back and forth both of yall where very toxic u kept calling them a f slur once I'm sorry if u feel like player should have been warned but with you calling dude a f slur and going back and fourth I rather have sent yall on yalls way and said stay away from each other which yall seemed to have done bc there wasn't a sit called after that. Then i said u can go to the forums and you said no I'm not going but you did which is fine that's why it is here the problem I am haven is both of yall where in the wrong once you started calling them a f slur. in my defense it could have been handled better and i do apologize as the sit before that i took was just awful. no excuse though for poor moderation I did ask for a higher up to come to me sadly there was none on so i felt more like i should send both back and stay away i can agree player should have been v warned at bare minimum but once you hit them with f slur I felt like both should have been v warned or warned at that point and I didn't want to take it there.               Hello Yolk, after reviewing the video evidence you submitted I would like to apologize that you went through that situation. There is a detailed offense in our punishment guidelines that highlights this exact scenario, the punishment is "(First offense) warn - 1 week ban depending on situation". Seeing this specific situation I personally would have banned the person you reported for a week, slapped you with a verbal at most for getting heated in the moment, then went about our different ways. I am a +1 for this player being banned for a week, and the moderators involved to be educated, and a -1 for any punishment brought upon you.
