Nierxi ban appeal (I guess im doing one of these /shrug)

Because i feel like 3 days is absurd for killing 2 people on accident

I was running around the map just dicking around and someone shot me so i turned with the SBC and shot it at dude who shot me it bounced off the wall and killed two people, I proceeded to say 

"[VIP] (OOC) Nierxi: ok sbc cannon isnt the way to try and kill people"
"[VIP] (OOC) Nierxi: def just rdmed 2 peopel" 

I am then instantly teleported to sit land (as far as i know noone even called a sit because i was teleported by myself right after what i said in OOC). Succ then says Nier so i say Yeah i know, knowing that i accidentally just rdmed 2 people he says "So are you trying to get banned" i said "No but if thats the punishment youre going to give me i guess i have to accept it" to then get hit with "Ok 3 day ban for IRDM" I just feel 3 days is ridiculous for someone who has no prior warns or bans. May have a little bit of playtime but im not a rule breaker and it definitely was not intentional if it was intentional i wouldve killed a hell of a lot more people than 2

+1 In this situation for a Warn. I feel that a ban should not have been issued I don't take it as intentional RDM I see it as an accident and the way you send it in chat does look like an admission of guilt. This does not feel like a NITRP situation and your warning history does not show you have any account of such actions.

+1 for a reduction to warn for RDM x2. 

 

As Mild stated above, I don't believe this was intentional RDM and even if it was, IRDM is stated to be a warn depending on the player history. After looking at Nierxis warn logs he does not have any warns or verbals for RDM. 

 

Second, it's clear that this was an accident and Nierxi admitted to it. He was getting shot at, died while shooting the SBC cannon which ended up killing two people. All within 1 second of each other.

I agree with riddim and Mild. I think 3 day ban for someone who has no pass punishments is kinda extreme. Especially since you seemed to be very Coopertive in the sit. +1 for a reduction to a rdmx2 warn.

Well if you told me in the sit that there was a legitimate reason you were using the SBC Cannon instead of just outting yourself in OOC like you did I would have handled that different for sure. I'll accept this and move it down to a warn. Next time be more careful and maybe not use an SBC Cannon lol. Accepted.
