Requesting a custom player model ($$)

Anyone here able to make a custom player model for me?

 

I want Illidan from WoW

I mean I can try, i'm pretty sure you can just find the file of illidan and edit it then add it to the workshop, if not there are other ways i can try

OMG I miss WoW. :3 I think I might play NeverWinter though. I don't feel like paying for WoW is the problem.
