Hey, I could just be wrong, but you do just seem like an alt !  You had 3 bans before you got permad all in only 2 hours total on the server.  Also who makes a appeal 2 years later on a gmod server they only played for 2 hours...  No one is gonna be like "omg I should definably appeal that perma ban I got from that server I played 2 hours on". I actually know this guy met him a while ago in a different game, he saw me and a few of our mutual friends play and I honestly think he wants to get back to it

and enjoy the server I'll be Nuetral just because I know the guy and it might be seen as bias if I upvote him

Honestly attempting to crash the server is a really bad thing to do. This was 2 years ago, but it's still a serious offense. I'm all for a second chance like tyz said, but there will not be a third chance. +1
