I was banned for cheater association. I was hopping on to check if base was alright after a few hours of being offline, but It showed I was banned. Why should you be unwarned/unbanned? I have known the "cheater" for a long time now, he was probably my first friend I had on PC. We first met on Rust when we both has sub 100 hours, and we've played since then. When i played with him back in the day him and I never got banned from any servers. Well long story short we stopped playing Rust, then i got back into it and met new friends, the people who got banned for cheater association with me. I always kept in touch with "parky", that was his steam name when we got banned, but his weird names never shocked me, he always had rust on different accounts, and for my knowledge, it was "because the level was higher on one account and it looked better" so thats why i legit only have like one of his accounts added. Well I hopped on the quad server with him and I got a message from my newer friends, the ones i mentioned earlier, that they wanted to play. I asked them if i could invite my friend Cyamic, aka "parky", and they said yes. We join up, play Rust, get off, and im banned.... I check the logs and it "cheater association" for me and my newer friends, but for "parky" it said "cheating", so my guess is he was cheating. I guess this would file under Simple misunderstanding, because none of us had any idea everything seemed normal. And as for my evidence, im not quite sure will prove what i said, so i showed when he talked about all his accounts, i showed when i invited him to the server that exact day we got banned, and i also showed the people that got banned with me who were in my group.
