I was being immature, and out of anger I called someone a child predator. I do accept full responsibility for my actions, as I was being toxic. The situation involved with a player playing as the grim reaper, he promised a 100k for coming to fountain being under 30 health. He lied, he just killed me. To be fair I did ask the admin, why was he allowed to lie but then when I lie its held against me? I was banned after. I would appericiate if the admin please held everyone accountable. Who warned/banned you? Jack Johnson. How long were you warned or banned for? It was suppose to be 2 weeks, but now I check ands it extended to permaban? You were only banned for a week because the person who banned you is a mod and only can ban up to a week but in your ban reason it said "Extend to Perma" so it was never supposed to be only 2 weeks. Remarks like this are not acceptable and taken seriously (hence your permanent ban.) If this had happened a couple months ago, I would consider +1'ing this and giving you another chance because this is your only ban. But this ban is only 2 days old so I don't think that's anywhere long enough of a punishment for what you did. For now I'm going to have to vote against your appeal, maybe in a few months I would consider it if you put some more effort into the appeal. But this shouldn't be a perma ban, i feel 2weeks ban is good Player Toxicity Vulgar language, Racism, or inappropriate / sexual comments in OOC or used constantly around other players should result in a warn first, if it continues then a 1hour - 3 day ban depending on continued offenses Racism / Vulgar language in OOC should result in a warning first then a 1 hour - 3-day ban depending on continued offenses Personal attacks on other players should result in a 3-day ban - 1-week ban - 2-week ban depending on continued offenses 1 Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

I don't like what you said and it's very out of line, however I don't feel as though a perma is really necessary here especially since you have no other other bans.
