Why were you banned or warned?

I was banned due to the accusation that I was using aimbot in the RDM Zone, as well as Bhop Scripting, the "evidence" being a POV clip of me apparently having aimlock/wallhacks onto people that I could not possibly have known were there or doing impossible flicks.
Also shown to me prior to being banned was a POV of Professional Jay Walker spectating me using whatever spectate tool moderators can use to view people's perspective and point of aim and such, which was also used to say that I am using some sort of script for bhopping as I was hitting them consistently.

Why should you be unwarned/unbanned?

I know, not believe, that I should be unbanned because I first of all, take enormous pride in being "good" at the select videogames I can say I'm good at, so hacking or using some sort of scripting advantage would seriously be against my character.
Now aside from the "pat on the back" words, I will be using the very evidence that was provided as reasoning that I SHOULD be banned to prove that I was falsely banned, that being Knickers' POV inside the RDM Zone.
I'm not sure if I can use Jay's POV as evidence since that was provided in proximity text and not OOC, but in the event that I am given the go ahead, I will post a link to it.

I feel that this ban was a case of misunderstanding and assumption based off of limited evidence (the clips were ~2 minutes of proof, but Jay's clip is missing much audio that was essential to hearing what I heard in the Zone).
I can provide some more evidence of my own gameplay (Garry's Mod or other games) that I have decent game sense and am not a stranger to fast reactions or bunnyhopping.

Who warned/banned you?

Evidence and initial ban by Professional Jay Walker, but the perma extension was given by OldGre4g

How long were you warned or banned for?

Permanently, as it was related to cheating/scripting

video evidence that I can actually bhop just fine on my own, no need to use a script or anything

I would also like to apologize if my post comes off as somewhat rude or hostile, but I have never been seriously accused of hacking or some other form of cheating, so I'm a little frustrated that I was banned despite not ever using aimhacks or scripting for movement.

Please post all evidence you have, regardless of how it was obtained.

Here is the other the clip the user has mentioned: https://medal.tv/clips/47RCtFFoFMkUK/i05YLtSfwc

The clip provided by Knickers and my clip linked above was shown to staff, 4 SMODS and 1 Super Admin all came to the conclusion that both clips were enough to evidence showing you were cheating during your playtime.

I will go into more detail later this evening.

Even with the analysis you did on Knickers clip, there is still no real explanation on that whole sorta "reaction timing" and the only thing I have seen evidence wise, is the B-Hopping. And from watching your B-Hop video you attached above, those 2 B-Hopping events don't seem to show consistency with one another, in my Medal.tv clip, the b-hopping was continuous when you started, no sudden stops, but in this clip that you have provided, it seems the opposite. I see that you manage to get a b-hop going, but each time, it just doesn't compare to the clip before. Anyone can b-hop, but when you see inconsistency within each piece of evidence, it just doesnt seem to add up. Also with the fact that you were in RDM Zone, an area with high intensity, you don't seem to miss a jump, and then with the clip you provided, in a room with nothing to worry about and nothing to stop you, you seem to stick at least 1 good line of B-Hopping in. Doesn't add up in my opinion.

Now, we get on to your combat in the RDM Zone, as you stated, yes there is no audio, but as you can see from my spectating point of view, you can see player names, and when you are walking around, the crosshair on the clip is pretty much always on or around somebody who is not visible, and you run the opposite way on some occasions.. and sometimes you will challenge people, pre-aiming their direction and then mainly proceeding to kill them.

For you to validate that there is no assistance, I would like to see a clip of you, in combat, a recent clip close to the time of the ban.

I will let other staff members say their piece about this appeal.

-1  For starters even if you're a "good player" that reaction time is more then crazy you didn't even let go of the trigger finger when turning after that. Also how do you go from bhopping like a pro while shooting to then making hella mistakes on a sandbox, this isn't realistic to me at all.

1 hour ago, Jack Johnson said:

1. the man had a jugg minigun

2. the man has high sensitivity

3. the man has ears.

4. Knickers had low health, so he got destroyed by the jugg minigun

5. the man was crouching.

6. bhop'ing on titsrp is different than other servers, even i messed up a few times in sandbox singleplayer.

Unless theres more evidence that shows youre 100% cheating, im

+1

In a video I'm going to post and linkk shortly (recently got up and running since it was a late night), I explain that sandbox has a different way of handling momentum and bhopping. In my experience max sprint speed is super high, but bhopping doesn't really work, and if you try to crouch bhop then you lose all of your movement speed as you hit the ground and just jump at the point of impact. That's why my "bhop evidence" video is on another rp sever with the same sort of movement style.

In this clip based off bhop alone, you had 48 bhops in a row without messing up, doing it standing still, moving, shooting all at the same time. In your sandbox clip you were unable to do it more than 11 times in a row, with full focus on just bhopping and nothing in your way.
