Sticks NLR Ban Appeal

Although I don't particularly know whether you MNLR'd or not, I agree that being banned an hour after the matter and calling it LTAP was a no-no, it's simply incorrect and unprofessional.

 

Like Drakos above me mentioned, I would be all up for a reduction of the time you're banned for if Dave is able to provide the evidence of you committing MNLR.  

 

For now, I am NEUTRAL.

I see no issue with the ban. If you broke a rule you deserve the ban. Ltap was not needed and it will be removed.banning staff member Plz provide the logs.

 

Also you can defend yourself on forums. Staff don't need u there to ban u.

Good point, let’s ban people and make them defend themselves on the forums so they have to wait hours or even days to play the server from now on!

Agreed, LTAP was not needed. Regardless of logs that are given I do agree on an reduction. Whenever logs are given we will decide if it's unban or a reduction. Good luck Sticks.

Update to my previous post. Sugar pulled some logs. Im going to post some of these logs. These are obviously not the full logs, and dont relate to the ban reason, but they certainly provide a bit of context, don't you think? -1 for unban and reduction

I believe you left shortly after this. This heavily implies that you are lying in this appeal. hell, it even gives context for him banning for ltap. maybe he should have slapped racism on there as well, considering I had to censor that last message.

different situation, i was warned for this by blue, this was about an hour before dave banned me, i got offline shortly after this. You can ask blue or benz, they were both involved in the sit you are talking about (all of the above messages besides the racist one were said in the sit with blue or with Big ass)

Yes, I was there and this was a different situation, although that behavior is also unacceptable, it has nothing to do with the MNLR ban and was a completely different sit that was handled by both Blue and I.

So I brought the two guys that called sits on Sticks up. Lil Jeebs and Furry84905PMKJS. Furry told me that he killed sticks 2 times, but they both told me that he came back at least 4 or 5 times. I was going to bring sticks up to sitland shortly after I brought them up, but he disconnected from the server before I could. I did not take these sits right away, I was in other sits as the server was a bit short staffed at the time. But I took them after I got done with the sit I was in and took them. I still think it was suspicious that Sticks left shortly after I brought these guys up. I could understand if he just wanted to hop off the server. I would not be opposed to shorten the ban, but he still broke NLR and LTAP'd.

I see logs that show sticks could have broken NLR up to twice, but nothing to suggest that it is likely, and nothing that suggests MNLR. Do you have any position logs to go with those death logs?
