That doesnt matter because if u dont terrorstart it is unfair for other players because they did not know about the existence of an imminent threat. The biggest issue here is u did not terrorstart regardless of the situation. That is on you.

If your story of u leaving and coming back is legit, if the command would've went through, u wouldve been in the clear to kill. I am going to give u the benefit of the doubt and say it was an honest mistake that the terrorstart did not go through due to lag. You've been around for a bit without that many bans and warns so that is why im giving u credibility. 

yes i try to always play by the rules due to the fact on how i don't like being banned for 7 days, like i said i have been completing a quest for terrorist further adding credibility on why i was that role not just to abuse it and mass rdm, im glad to walk away with warns if able too, or in the event of being banned well ill just have to wait although this is a mistake with all i have explained

but it is unfair for other players although one player i killed twice was mass rdming so makes it one legit player rdmed...., but yea regardless of titsrp server performance it is mass rdm but its a unintentional one as i did type in the command idk why it didn't go through and i waited the time thinking it had while i was afk you can also see this checking where i waited this time standing still in one place as i was afk.

Regardless if the player mass rdm'd, you don't take justice into your own hands and RDM him back. If the player is Mass RDM'ing, you make a sit. If it doesn't get accepted, you still don't have the right to kill the player, and you also admitted that you did RDM a player. I'm going to be nice, you aren't completely getting off the hook on this. But I'll reduce your ban to 3 days, that's all I'm doing. You still mass rdm'd, but I'm willing to let you off the hook some due to the lag, and the server not registering your terrorstart. But you cannot kill citizens for the first 5 minutes of your terror, you may only kill civil protection officers.
