I think this is a bs ban (and even if my action were ban worthy, I think it should be reduced) because the guy who I was "rdming" kept killing me also and it started when I was playing the alien job role, I used the kiss swep on him and after that he kept killing me so I started doing the same. The guy also didn't have a sign in front of his base (which was his excuse) and I only went in his base once, his base was also near the fountain and every time I went by there he would shoot at me. He also would kill me right after spawning. Yea I kept killing him but that was after he killed me 2 times right after I spawned. I was toxic in the sit but Shit Ass didn't even give me a chance to defend myself and completely took the other guys side, he only listened to the guy reporting me and everything I did say was ignored, I interrupted quite a bit ngl but I wasn't given a chance to talk about the situation from my perspective.

Okay so going off of what you told me it appears that you kissed him (which he can kill you for) and going in someone’s base without permission can count as trespassing which is raiding so he can kill you for that. However I did notice he was RDMing people for no reason as well and I will accept your appeal and unban you. Make sure I don’t catch your RRDMing out of spawn again though.
