Rubik How long were you warned or banned for? 1 Week Ill Break down the whole situation from my point of view im Fantasma on an island far outside from spawn im stading still doing absolutely nothing and I seen gunshots fly right by me and thoguth nothing of it but then I start to get hit alot by those gun shots I try to sneak around the cave and see 2 players beyond that cave holding guns shooting at me and I killed them both I see them come back from spawn which at this point is about 30 feet away from us and they both start shooting me again they killed me this time and I went to go back to my island which isnt nlr because i was killed right outside of spawn and my island is far away well they start shooting me again and of course I turn around and kill them Now I would have reported them by this point but I haven't had great success with admin response times so I still think I can make it to my island but it keeps happening over and over again by now one of them is no longer bothering me but one of them is camping in a house outside of spawn trying to kill me I catch them doing this and carefully take them out and by now its safe for me to assume they're coming after me only in the intention to kill me so I take cover in the building I had just previously killed them in and I see them come towards me out of spawn and I think the only safe option is to kill them and I do so then after that I hide in that building hoping they dont still assume im there and I get teleported to Rubik where I get instantly jailed and have no time to explain the situation before I am banned for a week for MassRDM Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
Rubik Posted November 12, 2020 Share Posted November 12, 2020 You claimed no staff was taking your sits, since I had been online I had not gotten a single sit from you, not one. It's possible I was not online when you called a sit so that would explain why I was not aware of the whole situation. I'm not sure why someone would mass RDM you then call a sit, but that is beside the point. When I got two sits on you for mass RDM, I spectated you and watched you shooting two players from this house outside of spawn. Again, sorry that no one responded to your sit request but staff usually don't respond to single RDM sits or sits that do not provide any helpful information such as the name of the player in question or a description of what the issue is. When you call a sit, there are instructions on how to structure your sit request so it provides the right info we need to help you. Not doing this can lead to your sit being ignored or denied for lack of detail. Anyways, I'll take your word for it here since one of the two players in question are offline at this time, I cannot pull complete logs for them. You will be unbanned now. For future reference, do not ping staff in Discord or in the Shoutbox relating to your ban. You did the right thing by posting an appeal and that is the only way.
