CC Scam | Toxicity | MRDM Why should you be unwarned/unbanned? Over the past 5 months I have talked to my friends and community members I have harassed and bullied. Talking to all of these people have helped me realize how to NOT act in a community. I continued to be toxic for the first few months I was banned and was butthurt over the consequences I was given completely caused by actions. On the issue of toxicity, I have interacted with many members and friends who are still active in the community and found that being toxic isn't the way of having fun in a video game or in interaction with others. Their is no fun in ruining other peoples experience playing the game. I see that my past actions are immature and ignorant. Kilobyte payed 30 million to be on my CC and after my inventory and money was wiped, I removed him off of it and proceeded to tell him to log onto the server. There is no need for me to explain why this was wrong and just at its base disrespectful, arrogant, and a huge dick move. I know at this point it would mean nothing to Kilobyte or add to my chance of reduced punishment or a better position in the eyes of staff, but I gladly will re-add him to my CC and keep him there permanently. There is not much more to say on this subject besides that I feel horrible for this and overall scummy. Mass RDM is just one of the lamest, stupidest, and just a way to ruin a players experience. The first person I saw was Doc, and I thought to myself, "What's a better way to start my mass RDM by SBCing Doc." Then I followed that up by doing so and then SBCed many other players. I look at this and ponder at if this, Mass RDMing, was worth it to be the breaking point of me being permabanned off of my favorite and really only GMod server I play. It was one hundred percent not worth doing at all and made me feel like an idiot for even doing so. I had played on the server for over a year at that point and knew exactly what would happen, but I still proceeded to do so.  My actions overall are the exact opposite of what any player in the community should ever do and will ever do. This report is a perfect example of how to not act ever. As a player for over a year I knew exactly that I should of done none of this and continued to be an idiot. As I played other games I realized that the rules of the server and the model of a good community member really applies to all games and even applies to real life. I have reformed myself into a better player and person. If I were to get any form of reallowance into the community, even just the discord, I would hope to allows this to reflect the way I will treat others and my role in the community. My first goal of this appeal was to be unbanned but as I type it and think of what I have done, I realize that even a spot back into the community in the discord or a cut on my ban time would be a miracle. I hope to appeal to the staff and help them realize the new person I have become. On a more personal note I would like to apologize specifically to Carolus_Rex and the many others I specifically targeted. I targeted you and saw things that I knew would make you mad or hurt your feelings. I continued to act this way regardless of how it made you feel. I am sorry for what I have done and if I was allowed reentry to the community I wish to show you this. Carolus is one of the main reasons I added this because I noticed he had blocked me on discord and I could not apologize to him. I hope that he and others see this appeal and allows me back into interaction with them. Who warned/banned you? Kilobyte McStubbins How long were you warned or banned for? I got 40 million dollars and traded you, the next week I logged on to see the cc had disappeared and so has my 40 million. Now look even though you pulled this stuff on me I forgive you entirely and this appeal really has me thinking you have changed. The Mrdm thing wasn’t very cash money of you but at least you didn’t do something worse then that. At this point in time I believe I will go with a neutral to +1 for unban or ban reduction I’ll edit my response after I hear from more staff. I see that you have mostly positive interactions with everyone so no other reason for me to +1 for unban or reduction to ban P.S if you get unbanned could I get a refund... I'm in a few different discords that you're in and I can tell you're a pretty different person. To my surprise, out of all the toxic people that are currently banned, you're one that I can tell actually changed (based on what i've seen / heard being in different discords / VCs with you). You weren't as toxic as an OG Bot would be, but the toxicity + mrdm on top of the cc scam was deffo enough to permaban you.
