Why was Gwim killed in the first place? If there is a legitimate reason with evidence, then this would be a perfectly fine RRDM warn, but if there was no reason to be killed in the first place I don't feel comfortable warning one player and not the other. The logs show that you shot him first both times, and I'd like to know a little more about the story here.

Heres what happened: He kidnapped a player, i killed him, he was revived along with a manhack (they were separate tombstones), i killed the manhack, and then he killed me while screaming. Thats the whole story. Yes, i damaged him first but it was a valid reason which is kidnapping. But after he was revived, he damaged me first for "killing his business partner" which i guess was the manhack.

I said you attacked them. You killed our pet manhack then started crying about revenge rdm...

 

i never shot youre "friend". i killed and damaged the manhack, nothing else and nobody else.

Thats what I'm confused about... I cant wrap my head around it. He killed our pet manhack, I believe that would be a vaild roleplay scenario, but I don't remember killing him. He also shot the guy next to me I think, but I cant get the logs.

 

I never shot the guy next to you and killing a hostile entity is not a valid reason to kill me. you are obviously frazzled trying to find any possible way to turn the tables on me.

 

How exactly? We were trying to bring our pet back and you shot it... That's a valid roleplay scenario...

 

are you serious? you think it is valid reasoning to shoot me for killing a HOSTILE entity that targets anyone? if you think thats the case, i can just say that the goons are my pets and kill EVERYONE that damages them.

After looking at both party's responses here, I don't think I see enough evidence to warn someone for RRDM. I don't have a video of him kidnapping so I'd just have to take your word for that and that's not something I personally feel comfortable with doing. I think you either should both be warned, or both not be warned, and I'm leaning towards both not. I just don;t think the evidence in this is solid enough for me to make a decision. -1

 

he did kidnap a player. check his replies, hes not trying to deny that he kidnapped a player, hes trying to justify the second encounter.

1. A manhack is not a business partner

 

This sums up the report. You can not claim association with something that can not claim you back. Had you said anything about “Hey that’s my pet manhack” then maybe, just maybe, you’d have a case for killing him. As it stands the way I see you were upset about him killing you and therefore grasping at straws for any reason to have killed him.

You will be warned for RDM the next time I see you. If for any reason you will not be on the server for a set amount of time, contact me on discord.
